A local engineering firm specializing in water mitigation and treatment issues recently published a document on methods of quality construction based upon procedures and methods developed by Three Way, Inc. TWI. has experience working with the BLM, WYDEQ and many other Federal and State regulatory agencies to develop site plans that minimize disturbance and maximize reclamation potential. TWI believes that with proper planning and site preparation the extraction of oil and gas can be done without undue disturbance to the natural landscape.
