Three Way Inc.'s base of operations is in Watford City.

TWI, Inc. offers a wide range of services that can be brought together under one company to complete projects from start to finish. Three Way, Inc. maintains an excellent safety record, a well-trained crew of employees, and up-to-date equipment that is routinely maintained.

Services offered in the Williston Basin/Bakken Reserve:

- Roustabout oil services
- Tank battery construction
- Road/drilling pad locations and drilling pits
- Steel and fiber pipe installation
- Trucking (water haul, bell & side dumping)

- Hot shot services

Three Way, Inc. opened a 10 acre yard with a two bay shop and north extension in the spring of 2008. With the capabilities of the Shop, TWI can service their fleet, repair heavy equipment, repair small engines, and big rigs.

Three Way, Inc.’s goal in the Bakken Reserve is to have a long-term, established presence, staffed with a majority of local employees.
