Raymond Garland
President

Ray founded Three Way, Inc. in 1984 and incorporated the company in 1988. He brings 39 years of experience to Three Way, Inc. His experience reflects many projects for city utilities and subdivision construction. He has constructed several highway projects inclusive of mass dirt excavation, concrete structures, pipe installation, gravel, producing and hauling, paving and revegetation. Ray has been involved with mining which entailed moving mass amounts of dirt. He operated Coal Creek Coal Mine for Atlantic Richfield as a contract miner with the position of President and Chief Operations Manager. This type of experience was also instrumental in winning construction projects to build additional tracks for Burlington Northern Railroad. Ray also has considerable experience in both the gas and oil fields where he has overseen his crews doing gathering systems and transmission lines involving several million feet of poly pipe and thousands of feet of steel line installation. His expertise is rounded out with the building of roads, reservoirs and drill sites as well as construction sites.

Chris Knudson
Vice President

Chris grew up on a family owned ranch located on the Powder River in Wyoming. He earned a BA in Agriculture Business from the University of Wyoming. Chris came to work for Three Way, Inc. in 1989, beginning in reclamation and expanded his knowledge into steel and poly pipe line construction. He eventually gained comprehensive and in-depth managment of all other phases of TWI's endeavors. In 1995, Chris was promoted to Vice President, a position he holds today. "It has been phenomenal for me to grow up with Three Way, Inc. and watch the changes in the company. I am as excited today to start a new project as I was in 1989. I believe the next five years at Three Way, Inc. show as much promise to all involved as any period in our history.”

Jean Urruty
Director of North Dakota Operations

Jean has worked in the oil and gas industry since 1978. He first started as a roustabout and worked his way up to Production Foreman. Jean has worked with high pressure gas, sour gas, deep oil as well as natural gas. Jean has worked in all parts of Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska and Montana.

Alex Mantle
Controller

After earning a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Wyoming, Alex spent twelve years in Wyoming’s tourism industry. Alex joined Three Way, Inc. in 2000 where he functioned as Field Superintendent for the company’s pipeline operations. In 2004, he took the position of Controller to tackle the responsibilities, duties and challenges of a fast-growing multi-state oil and gas construction company. Alex lives in Buffalo, WY with his wife and two daughters.

Jim Urruty
General Superintendent

Jim is the General Superintendent for Three Way, Inc. He came to Three Way, Inc. with 13 years of oil and gas experience, having been a field technician for Presidio Oil and Gas and Tom Brown, Inc.

Jim’s experience consists of gas measurement, oil enhancement, by-water injection, overseeing work-over rigs, general oil and gas field roustabouting, water injection, plant management, and oil and gas field facility construction.

Safety and quality of work are his top priorities.

Chuck Thompson
Trucking Superintendent

Chuck has been the Trucking Superintendent for Three Way, Inc. since February of 2005. Chuck spent 18 years with the Wyoming Department of Transportation. He was involved in all aspects of highway construction and maintenance, with the last five years in project management. Chuck then started his own trucking company and with his “can do” attitude, T-5 Water Service became an instant success. T-5 Water Service was in operation for three years when Chuck had an offer to join the Three Way, Inc. team. With the quality of people at the company, it became obvious to Chuck that it was “the place to be”. Chuck believes customer service and satisfaction along with providing the most professional and dedicated drivers in the industry are the keys to Three Way, Inc.'s success.

Management Team
