Our History
Three Way , Inc.'s history began in 1984 as a small company primarily focused on reclamation projects. By 1988, business had grown significantly enough to warrant incorporation. The founding projects for the company were seeding ventures for the oil fields, highway right-of-ways, and numerous municipal undertakings. With the guiding principal of “Honor the Earth”, Three Way, Inc. created a niche in the environmental industry by pioneering the use of ground wood waste, asphalt and rubber tires as recycled materials for repaving roads, topsoil and other reusable products. In the late 1990’s Three Way, Inc. expanded into the natural gas industry, primarily centered in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming. In nearly ten years serving the Rocky Mountain oil and gas industry, Three Way, Inc. has installed several million feet of various sizes of polypipe and thousands of feet of steelpipe. To better serve our customers, Three Way Inc. expanded operations to include heavy haul trucking, roustabout crews, and the continuing development of the road and reservoir services. Three Way, Inc. is developing the design/build concept by contracting with Environmental and Civil Solutions, a professional engineering firm. Three Way, Inc. employs over 200 people; and 75% of those individuals are part of a solid, year-around professionally trained local crew. Three Way, Inc. is devoted to maintaining the highest of safety standards. The company has a proven track record of outstanding production quality equaled with a near zero-accident record, constant consistency in meeting project completion deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
