Three Way, Inc., Hot Iron, Inc. and MGM Enterprises, Inc. are proud to announce a merger resulting in a new company. North Star Energy & Construction, LLC. has been formed to take advantage of the expertise and experience of the three parent companies and their different scopes of work within the construction industry. Specifically North Star offers steel pipeline construction, poly pipeline construction, fiberglass pipeline construction, road and reservoir construction, drilling location construction, reclamation services, roustabout services, fluid hauling, heavy haul trucking and installation of underground utilities.
North Star will safely serve the oil and gas industry, heavy construction industry and the underground utilities industry in the Rocky Mountain West and Western Plains States. To meet the needs of our customers we have operations offices located in Keene, ND, Watford City, ND, Buffalo, WY, Gillette, WY and Cheyenne, WY.
